History

Rocwin Sales & Service Ltd. was formed by a partnership by Rocco Presidente and Winston Chee. Rocco brought the knowledge of mechanical repairs, familiarity of equipment, user's needs and procedures and requirements into the partnership and combined them with Winston's knowledge of parts, sourcing, and an extensive knowledge of repair history.

The company opened in 1990 and quickly picked up the Teco line of vehicle mounted aerial devices and digger derricks until the point Teco was bought out by MTI, who went out of business. Rocwin Sales & Service decided to change their primary focus to sales of smaller aerial devices, serving the contractor, sign, telecommunications and lighting markets. Rocwin picked up UTEM (Utility truck equipment manufacturing) and later in 2001 RH Ladders to fill out the range of products offered.
